Oh, look I'm so sorry, I've been really upset all day, because yesterday I was working so so hard on my assignment, but then all of a sudden, my hard drive collapsed, and then when I went to put the disk that I'd backed-up my assignment on, into the computer at school, it came up with a Disk Error! I've lost everything!
Well, as hard as it may be to beleive, I was abducted by Aliens last night. True! At the time, I was doing my homework, and so I brought it with my when they took me on their space ship, and well, I must have left it there by mistake! Everything happened so suddenly! Oh and this morning, Agent Scully and Agent Mulder from the X-Files came to my house this morning to interview me, so I didn't get round to redoing my homework! Sooorreeeh!
Yeah I have done it! It must be in my bag somewhere, I just can't find it! Whoops!

We had this, like, oh my god, awful flash flood through our house, and my room got totally soaked! You wouldn't beleive it, but nobody elses house got touched! But our house is a mess!
Well, on my way to school today, I had my homework in my bag, and then all of a sudden, this evil bag snatcher just grabbed my bag out of my hands, homework and all! I filed my report at the Police station, and they found the culprit, and I got my bag back, but a lot of stuff had been stolen out of it- including my homework!

You know the movie the Exorcist? Well, my scissors are possessed, and at midnight last night, they jumped out of my pencil case and started cutting up my homework! I tried to stop them, but they just went crazy, and tried to attack me! Look, I've got a little cut on my pinky finger to prove it- see?
See, I went on a boat with my neighbor and we couldn't steer very well, and it got really sindy and we got stranded on a desert island, and ewww, we had to eat bugs and everything, until the Coast Guard came and picked us up! I didn't get back until this morning!
